XRP kit withdraws 150 million coins from Binance

The transaction, which took place just hours ago, was one of the largest non-exchange transactions made on the XRP blockchain in months, according to Whale Alert.

According to the transaction page, the anonymous whale transferred $150 million worth of XRP coins from the Binance exchange to an unknown wallet that now holds 150 million coins. Previously, the same wallet had made small, insignificant transactions to various exchanges for about $20-$30. The first major transaction was made. After receiving significant funds, the wallet spent about 100,000 coins, transferring them to the UpBit exchange. The purpose of this unusual reallocation of funds remains undisclosed. The price of Ripple seems not to take into account large funds moving in a market where the price is constantly moving in the same trend. The asset broke its four-day uptrend, falling below the $0.98 mark. XRP was one of many victims of the global cryptocurrency market correction that occurred in the market due to rising risk-aversion trends following the escalating pandemic worldwide.
